1. Overview

Superfast IT maintains a structured Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BCDR) programme designed to ensure continuity of our services in the event of disruption. Our approach aligns with good practice and supports the expectations set out in Cyber Essentials Plus, IASME Cyber Assurance and the NCSC Cyber Assessment Framework.

This summary provides high level assurance. Detailed continuity plans are maintained internally for security reasons.

2. Objectives

Our continuity objectives are to:

• maintain availability of essential services to clients
• ensure staff can work securely from any location
• protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of client data
• minimise interruption and restore normal service promptly
• communicate clearly and appropriately during incidents

3. Service Continuity Capabilities

Cloud based operations

All core systems used by Superfast IT (PSA, RMM, monitoring, documentation, communication tools) are cloud hosted, resilient and accessible from any location using secure, MFA protected accounts.

Remote working capability

All technical staff are equipped to work securely from home or alternative locations. This enables continued delivery of support and monitoring during disruption.
