1. Purpose of this document

This Client Assurance Summary is the top-level view of how Superfast IT delivers secure, resilient and well-governed managed services to its clients. It consolidates the assurance content that was previously held across three separate summary documents.

The remaining documents in this pack (Data Protection Overview, Business Continuity Summary, Supplier Management Overview, Sub-processor List, Responsibility Matrix, plus the contracts) provide the depth. The Information Security Policy, Incident Response Plan, Risk Management Approach and Quality Policy Statement are available as an optional appendix for clients who want full detail.

2. Security and quality frameworks

Superfast IT operates against recognised frameworks:

3. Governance and oversight

Security and quality governance is owned at board level by the Managing Director. Day-to-day responsibility is delegated to the Information Security Manager and Technical Director (both held by Mark Poulding), the Service Desk Manager (Adam Cash) for operational service delivery, and the Customer Success Manager (Andrew Cash) for client communication.
