This statement sets out Superfast IT's position on ethical trading, modern slavery, and anti-bribery and corruption. It supplements the contractual obligations in the Master Services Agreement clause 24 (Anti-Bribery).

1. Scope

This statement applies to Superfast IT Limited, its employees, directors, contractors, suppliers, and any business activity carried out in our name.

2. Modern slavery

Superfast IT does not tolerate any form of modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labour, child labour, or human rights abuses within our business or supply chain.

Superfast IT does not currently meet the £36 million turnover threshold for mandatory publication of a Modern Slavery Statement under section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. This statement is provided voluntarily and represents our position.

3. Anti-bribery and corruption

Superfast IT operates a zero-tolerance position on bribery and corruption. We comply with the Bribery Act 2010 and any equivalent legislation applicable to our business or to client engagements.
