Cyber and data covers cyber incidents, data breach response costs, and associated liabilities affecting Superfast IT.

Cover is placed through our regulated insurance broker. Insurer and broker details are recorded in the Business Continuity Plan Appendix B for incident notification purposes. Broker contact for client-facing verification is available on request.
Certificates of currency are available on request to support client onboarding or annual supplier review. Send requests to [email protected].
Superfast IT strongly recommends clients maintain their own cyber insurance. Our cover responds to Superfast IT's own liabilities; it does not substitute for client cyber insurance. The Master Services Agreementsets out the scope of Incident response and remediation, including which consequential costs of a Major Incident are outside the scope of the Services and would typically be covered by the client's own cyber policy.
Insurance cover is reviewed annually with the broker. Insurance posture is a standing agenda item at the quarterly Information Security Governance Meeting.
